Michael Richardson, AIA
2027 State Director Candidate

Michael is a multifamily and residential architect here in Central Florida, and has been engaged in AIA Orlando since moving here in 2013. He has served on the AIA Orlando Board for 3 years now as a Director at Large, with previous experience as the YAF vice chair and current Academic Alliance Committee Chair.

Trevor Boyle, AIA
2027 State Director Candidate

Trevor Boyle is a design architect and educator with experience spanning cultural, educational, healthcare, commercial, and research-focused architecture. A graduate of the University of Florida, Trevor earned his Bachelor of Design in Architecture in 2010 and Master of Architecture through UF CityLab Orlando in 2015. Trevor has served AIA at the local, state, regional, and national levels, including as AIA Orlando YAF committee member (2016-2020), AIA Orlando State Director (2019-2020), AIA Florida Associate Director-at-Large (2017-2018), and as the Florida-Caribbean Regional Director for 
the AIA National Young Architects Forum (2020-2022). His AIA service has focused on mentorship, emerging-professional development, advocacy, education, and community engagement. His design work has received recognition from AIA Orlando, AIA Florida, Center for Architecture Sarasota, and University of Florida Alumni Design Awards for the Breezeway Mobile House. In 2022, he also received AIA Orlando’s Fred H. Pryor Young Architects Forum Achievement Award for demonstrated excellence and leadership within the profession and community. Trevor is returning to AIA leadership with the perspective of both an experienced association leader and a practicing design architect.

Brian White, AIA
2027 Director at Large Candidate

Brian serves as RLF’s Design Practice Leader, helping shape a collaborative design culture where creativity is shared, technology is purposeful, and great ideas can emerge from across the firm. With more than 16 years of experience in healthcare design and planning, he has built his career around navigating complexity and creating environments that improve the way people receive care. With a strong background in computer science and design technology, Brian is passionate about using tools such as real-time visualization, immersive environments, and AI to strengthen—not replace—the 
human side of design. His approach centers on connecting people, ideas, and technology to bring clarity to complex challenges, elevate the design process, and create meaningful experiences for clients and the communities RLF serves.

Lorenzo Casto
2026 Allied Director | 2027 Allied Director Candidate

Lorenzo Casto is a Production Art Director, creative consultant, and the co-founder/COO of CASTO Creative—a firm specializing in immersive, themed environments for cultural, entertainment, and commercial projects. With extensive experience spanning Universal Studios, Disney, and international work in China, Lorenzo brings a rare blend of construction expertise, artistic vision, and project management acumen to the AEC industry. A detail-oriented and hands-on leader, Lorenzo’s background includes directing large-scale scenic installations, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, 
and overseeing complex decorative concrete and resinous flooring systems. At Universal Creative, he has played a critical role in the execution of DreamWorks Land, leading efforts in graphic production, hardscape documentation, and land-wide paint integration. Fluent in Spanish and deeply committed to education and professional development, Lorenzo also heads CASTO Creative’s training division, where he develops programs that bridge design intent with field execution. His work reflects a passion for constructability, craftsmanship, and innovation—a perspective he hopes to bring to the AIA Orlando Board in support of the next generation of industry professionals.
