Eric Kleinsteuber, AIA
2027 President-Elect

Eric Kleinsteuber, AIA, is the owner, President, and Design Director of KMF Architects, an Orlando-based architectural practice specializing in civic, public safety, higher education, and commercial projects. A University of Florida graduate, Eric leads with a hands-on, collaborative approach, translating complex client needs into distinctive, functional, and enduring architecture. His work balances creative expression with constructability, sustainability, and financial responsibility, emphasizing how buildings serve their occupants and communities over time. Beyond his practice, Eric 
has held leadership roles in historic preservation, building-code oversight, his church, youth sports, and professional architectural organizations, reflecting his commitment to thoughtful design and the stewardship of the community and built environment.

Kaci Seitzinger, AIA
2027 Secretary

Kaci Seitzinger is a Project Architect at HuntonBrady Architects with a focus on healthcare design. A graduate of the University of Florida, she earned her Bachelor of Design in 2020 and Master of Architecture in 2022. Kaci is an active leader within AIA at both the local and state levels, focused on fostering member engagement, professional growth, and the future of the profession. She serves on the 2026 AIA Orlando Board of Directors as Emerging Professionals Director and currently Chairs both the AIA Orlando Young Architects Forum and AIA Florida Emerging Professionals Committee. She also 
actively mentors high school students interested in architecture, construction, and engineering through the ACE Mentor Program. Kaci received national recognition for her commitment to the profession as AIA AAH/ACHA 2026 SLS Next Generation Scholar Award Winner. Through her service with AIA, she has gained valuable experience in board leadership, member engagement, and professional development initiatives. These roles have reinforced Kaci’s belief that leadership in architecture goes beyond good design. It extends to supporting others, sharing knowledge, and helping to strengthen the profession, a perspective she would bring to the role of Secretary.

Alexander Straughn, AIA
2027 State Director

Alexander Straughn, AIA, serves as AIA Orlando’s Immediate Past President, concluding three years on the Chapter’s leadership track marked by significant transformation. Working alongside Chapter leaders and members, he advanced strategic initiatives with a hands-on approach, including opening the Orlando Center for Architecture and Design (OCAD) this year, recruiting a new Executive Director, modernizing Chapter policies, establishing a digital workspace, revitalizing the Chapter’s website and social media, and achieving record-setting contributions to FAPAC. Professionally, Alexander serves as 
DLR Group’s Orlando Office Leader, guiding nearly 90 team members while remaining engaged in practice as a registered architect and Project Manager. A 2+2+2 alumnus, he gave back by teaching design studios at Valencia College from 2021 through 2024. Building upon that commitment to mentorship, he is preparing to chair CityLab Orlando’s Academic Advisory Board, helping strengthen the pipeline of emerging talent into the profession and Chapter leadership. Alexander seeks to continue serving on the AIA Orlando Board as State Director to sustain its strategic progress, strengthen its representation within AIA Florida, and deepen his service to the organization locally and statewide.

Scott Martin, AIA
2027 Director at Large

A lifelong Central Florida resident, Scott Martin is Vice President and Director of Design for the Commercial Practice Area of Huitt-Zollars with 30 years of experience in the AEC industry. His career has focused on hospitality, themed entertainment, themed dining, and master planning projects across the country and internationally. Scott earned his architecture degrees from the University of Florida and the University of South Florida and is NCARB certified. In addition to his professional work, he currently serves on the City of Orlando Architectural Review Board and previously served on the 
Municipal Planning Board. Scott is passionate about great design, community development, and strengthening connections within the local design and construction community.

Renata Minoga, AIA
2027 Director at Large

Renata Minoga is the Director of Operations at KTH Architects, an internationally licensed architect, and holds multiple State of Florida licenses through DBPR, including licensed Interior Designer, Building Code Administrator, Standard Plans Examiner, and Standard Inspector. Blending multi-disciplinary design expertise with strategic management and municipal leadership experience, she brings a comprehensive perspective across project delivery, technical compliance, and operations. Renata serves as the 2026 Chair of the AIA Orlando Women in Architecture committee and is an active 
member of the AIA Florida Legislative Committee, alongside leadership roles with the Leadership Winter Park Alumni Council and the Central Florida Chapter of BOAF. She holds an MBA in Finance and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Lorenzo Casto
2027 Allied Director

Lorenzo Casto is a Production Art Director, creative consultant, and the co-founder/COO of CASTO Creative—a firm specializing in immersive, themed environments for cultural, entertainment, and commercial projects. With extensive experience spanning Universal Studios, Disney, and international work in China, Lorenzo brings a rare blend of construction expertise, artistic vision, and project management acumen to the AEC industry. A detail-oriented and hands-on leader, Lorenzo’s background includes directing large-scale scenic installations, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, 
and overseeing complex decorative concrete and resinous flooring systems. At Universal Creative, he has played a critical role in the execution of DreamWorks Land, leading efforts in graphic production, hardscape documentation, and land-wide paint integration. Fluent in Spanish and deeply committed to education and professional development, Lorenzo also heads CASTO Creative’s training division, where he develops programs that bridge design intent with field execution. His work reflects a passion for constructability, craftsmanship, and innovation—a perspective he hopes to bring to the AIA Orlando Board in support of the next generation of industry professionals.
