OCAD Construction Site Visit
Join us for a guided, behind-the-scenes construction site tour of the Orlando Center for Architecture + Design (OCAD) project. OCAD will be a vibrant and inclusive hub for the Central Florida community, fostering creativity and inspiring people to discover why design matters. Participants will walk the active jobsite with project leadership, learn about key construction milestones, coordination between design and construction teams, and see how design decisions come to life in the field.
Join the AIA Orlando Allied Committee for an evening filled with mini golf, festive bites, refreshing drinks, and high-energy networking with architects, allied professionals, sponsors, and industry leaders. Whether you’re chasing a hole-in-one or just here for the guac and great conversations, this is your chance to par-tee with the best in Central Florida’s design community.
The Design/Build Mini Golf event is designed as a Gives Back to the community to support local food pantries. Utilizing boxes and cans of non-perishable food and decorative props. Teams will build an indoor mini-golf hole and compete for best design/build. The ultimate goal is to donate hundreds of pounds of food to families in need.
