2026 Elected Board Members

Ket West, AIA
2026 President-Elect
Ket West, AIA currently serves the AIA Orlando Chapter in the Treasurer position - serving from January 2025 to present - after previously serving as a Director at Large for Events. He is a longtime member of AIA, his membership spanning 25+ years. He is very familiar with the requirements to serve in a President Elect/President role, having served as the President of AIA Indiana's Southern Section in 2020-2021 prior to moving to Central Florida. As a current AIA Orlando board member, he has been actively involved in fundraising efforts, and has provided strong financial oversight and direction to the
Chapter. He has participated in the advocacy for AIA Orlando in our community and in our state with our elected representatives. If elected to the President Elect role, Ket plans to focus on ensuring the continued success of our new OCAD, AIA Orlando, & OFA offices by maintaining good fiscal responsibility and ensuring the membership that our budgeted dollars are wisely spent. He will also continue to work to expand the AIA Orlando and Allied memberships. Ket serves as a Principal Architect and Municipal Design Studio Leader with CPH Consulting, LLC in Sanford. He is married to, Julie, and has three grown children - with one grandson and another grandchild on the way. It would be his honor to continue to serve on the AIA Orlando chapter board and to serve our membership.

Rebecca Talbert, AIA
2026 Treasurer
Rebecca Talbert, AIA, NCARB, LEED BD+C, GGP is Director of Architecture at Jacobs. Throughout her career, Rebecca has leveraged her academic and practical experience in service to the community in the areas of Historic Preservation, Affordable Housing, and Public Awareness of Design. She has been recognized with the President’s Award by AIA Orlando and AIA Florida, The Nils Schweizer Community Service Award, AIA Florida Silver Medal, and the AIA National Young Architect Award. She served as 2021 AIA Orlando President, past member of AIA Florida Finance Committee, and more than a decade
as a member of AIA Orlando Finance Committee.

Lisa Rovner, AIA
2026 Director at Large (Events)
Lisa Rovner is a licensed architect, in both New York and Vermont with over 35 years of experience in the fields of architecture, interiors, BIM and CAD. This includes architecture projects that span the breadth of commercial, institutional, healthcare, corporate interiors, urban design, programming and planning. She holds a B.S. in Architecture from the University of Virginia and an M. Arch. from Carnegie-Mellon University. Lisa is thrilled to be a Sr. Project Architect with RLF, specializing in
healthcare planning, design and construction. Previously, she was the owner of Rovner Architectural
Designs, PLC, of South Burlington, VT for 26 years, which provided consulting services to local architecture firms and clients in the area. She served as President of AIA Vermont in 2015, where she focused on bringing the issues of resiliency in architecture to the public domain. Lisa served on the AIA Orlando Board in the capacity of Director at Large, for two years, from 2022-24 and has worked on the Golf Tournament and as Board Liaison for the WIA Committee. She would like to continue again in this capacity for the next two years to help wherever she is needed. Lisa loves volunteering on Saturdays building homes for Habitat for Humanity. Lisa enjoys all aspects of the architectural process and continues to practice, creating places and elegant solutions that delight, heal, stimulate and enhance the human experience, while at the same time are socially responsible, innovative, sustainable and resilient in their design. In her spare time, Lisa loves traveling, playing volleyball and pickleball, hiking, painting, jewelry design, photography, knitting, gardening and reading a good novel.

Kaci Seitzinger, Assoc. AIA
2026 Director at Large (Emerging Professionals)
Kaci Seitzinger is a Project Coordinator at HuntonBrady Architects with over seven years of architectural experience. She holds both a Bachelor of Design and a Master of Architecture from the University of Florida, where she also served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant from 2020 to 2022. This role served as a catalyst for her commitment to education and professional growth in the field, as she mentored students and led group discussions in undergraduate design studios as well as humanities courses. While Kaci is currently pursuing licensure, she remains actively engaged in developing the
next generation of professionals. Since 2023, she has served as a mentor to high school students through the ACE Mentor Program, guiding them through hands-on projects and introducing them to real-world practices in architecture, engineering, and construction. As a member of the Young Architects Forum (YAF) committee, she also co-leads a weekly ARE study group in collaboration with Women in Architecture (WIA), building a supportive and inclusive environment for emerging professionals on the path to licensure through resource sharing, accountability, and community-building. Kaci hopes to bring her passion for mentorship and professional development to the AIA Orlando Board of Directors as Emerging Professionals Director, offering a perspective grounded in both education and experience.
