Job Description:
The Chapter Coordinator is primarily responsible for growing AIA Orlando’s and OFA’s professional membership network throughout Central Florida; facilitating the flow of information between Chapter, Committees and members; assisting in developing and facilitating continuing education seminars, membership events and activities, project tours, fundraising events, and public outreach. The Chapter Coordinator ensures that all programs, events and activities are in compliance with Chapter policies and procedures.

Office Management
General administration- Answering phones, voicemail, emails, managing mail, copying, filing; supporting the Executive Director and staff; managing office needs, handling purchases, managing inventory; maintaining event registrations and collect/process fees, making bank deposits, maintaining record of transactions.
Member Services
Assist with member recruitment/retention efforts; forward new member inquiries; answer member questions; design and provide content for weekly E-Charrette email with upcoming classes, events, and opportunities to all members; establish regular contact and providing support to Committee Chairs; assist with educational study program; liaison with various Committees to attract and engage companies to support AIA Orlando & OFA efforts; provide event planning services for committees; serve as event coordinator for Chapter events; manage event registration; process continuing education credit reporting; manage office calendar.
Online Store Management
Manage sales of AIA and OFA event tickets and products, maintain a log of all contract sales including sale price, shipping and sales tax; manage inventory; handle purchases; maintain stock.
