Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:
- 10+ years in Architecture with substantial Acute Healthcare Experience, including at least 4 years with AHCA-regulated projects.
- Architectural license required
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited program
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Strong proficiency in relevant software: Autodesk Revit, Microsoft Products, Newforma, Bluebeam
- Thorough knowledge of architectural design, detailing, building system, including engineering and medical equipment coordination
- Thorough understanding of FGI Guidelines, Building Codes, and industry standards
- Ability to travel

Job Summary:
Architects are responsible for planning, producing, and coordinating projects. This individual will oversee of each of their assigned projects from the notice to proceed through completion and interface directly with their team, consultants, and some clients. In this role, you are responsible for project production through design and construction, financial performance, and team communication.
The successful candidate will partake in multiple projects simultaneously during all design and construction phases until completion and will direct employees and consultants at all levels to ensure that proper steps and procedures are followed and that the work is completed as planned, budgeted, scheduled, and in conformance with the design intent.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Supervises design and production staff efforts on assigned projects.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all technical activities relating to architectural projects, including directing their design team, reviewing drafts and computer models, and reviewing design changes.
- Maintain project delivery schedule and communicate concerns with the Project Team.
- Prepare schematic and design development phase presentation materials.
- Develop construction documentation and specifications.
- Prepare custom building envelope details at the highest level.
- Lead reviews of design milestone submittals with clients.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals and review of shop drawings.
- Site visits as necessary.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Must have strong building envelope technical design experience.

Job Summary:
Architectural Designers are responsible for design of a project and production of architectural plans and designs. This individual will be involved in production of each of their assigned projects and interface directly with their team, consultants, and clients during all phases of the design delivery process. Ultimately, an Architectural Designer will maintain an active design and production role in producing construction document packages, beginning from project inception to closeout.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated and work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment while participating in multiple projects simultaneously.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assists in Programming and Planning, Concept Design, Detailed Design working with the project team, Engineering Coordination, Code Analysis and Research, Materials and Products Analysis and Research, and Specification Writing.
- Participates in both internal and external design review meetings and develop preliminary concept designs, renders, and as built drawings as required per project. Produces working drawings from schematic through construction documents.
- Attends and leads client meetings to safeguard that the project plan and timeline remains within scope regarding design aspects and troubleshoots any conflicts.
- Researches and explores the use of new materials, technologies, and products to incorporate into designs.
- Reviews shop drawings to ensure construction accuracy.
- Participates in the quality control of projects in all phases.
- Creates and maintains client relationships to safeguard successful project execution and encourage future and new business.
- Coordinate with other professionals, such as contractors, architects, engineers, and project managers, to ensure project success.
- Works efficiently (within the time frame allotted) and ensures established deadlines are met.

Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proficiency in Revit required. Also proficient in AutoCAD is a plus.
