Job Description:


We seek a Revit Drafter with a strong background in architectural and construction document preparation for commercial and residential projects. This role involves creating new constructions, remodels, and additions, requiring hands-on experience with Revit and familiarity with the Florida Building Code.


Key Responsibilities:


• Collaborate with architects and engineers to gather product and structural requirements.

• Developing residential designs with commercial design expertise is considered a plus.

• Utilize Revit to create detailed 3D and 2D designs, diagrams, and details.

• Manage a variety of documentation, including proposal plans, structural plans, MEP plans, and more.

• Minimum four years of experience in a drafting or similar role, with hands-on Revit experience (required).

• Experience in rendering software (Lumion, V-Ray, Maxwell, Twin motion) is advantageous.
