The candidate will be responsible for architectural design and the preparation of construction documents for buildings of various occupancies while utilizing Revit for all phases of design. Preferred Skills and Experience:

The Corporate Interior Design Project Manager is responsible for the management of the design and documentation of corporate interior design projects and is responsible for client management, project schedules, project budgets, and project profitability. They may work on standalone interior design projects or on the interior portions of architectural projects. General/Specific Duties:

• Manages the preparation of space planning, conceptual, schematic design, design development, construction documents and specifications.

• Reviews and approves the selection of interior finishes, materials, furniture, window treatment and artwork.

• Reviews and approves interior finish sample boards prepared by interior design staff.

• Responsible for technical and code research on interior design issues.

• Prepares, or reviews and approves, project programs and documentation of client requirements.

Educational Requirements:
