Office Management

General administration- Answering phones, voicemail, email, managing mail, copying, filing; supporting the Executive Director; manage office needs, handle purchases, manage inventory; maintain event registrations and collect/process fees, make bank deposits, maintain record of transactions.

Graphic Design, Website Content Management & Social Media Marketing

Able to create logos, flyers, graphics, brochures, and marketing materials. Able to create, upload and/or update website content and documents. Proficient in Photoshop or similar graphic design software. Basic knowledge of Wix website platform or ability to learn. Familiarity and competence with various social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram & others.

 

Member Services

Assist with member recruitment/retention efforts; forward new member inquiries; answer member questions; design, manage content and send weekly E-Newsletter email with upcoming classes, events, and opportunities to all foundation members; establishing regular contact and providing support to Committee Chairs; liaison with various Committees to attract and engage companies to support Foundation efforts; provide event planning services for Foundation; serve as event coordinator for Foundation events; manage event registration; manage office calendar.
