Job Description: Hunter's Creek - Orlando based Healthcare Architectural firm is seeking an Architect Project Manager. Immediate start.
Applicant should have at least 10 years of experience, should be a self-driven individual and looking for long-term employment in a highly innovative and multifaceted business environment. Strong project management, team management, and production skills are required.
Skills must include Architectural Design, preparation and delivery of Construction Documents, Permitting Processes, Bidding, and Construction Management and Administration. Ability to coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Structural, Interior Design and other expert consultants is required. Also strong communication skills, strong work ethic, and desire to grow and learn are always preferred.
Professional degree is required. Florida Registration, AHCA and PMP are desired. LEED accreditation and OSHA is a plus.

Responsibilities and Duties: Have the ability to both produce design and construction documents as well as project and client manage.. Ability to prepare presentation material, renderings, and other drafting tasks under the direction of the Project Architect and Principal. Responsible for creating, updating, and developing Revit and CAD drawings. Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, consultants, contractors, and clients. Needs to be detail oriented and have a good technical basis of knowledge Has a creative ability for design while also being project budget minded Perform other duties as needed.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in architecture from an accredited school of architecture. 3 - 5 years experience with Revit, drawing, and document production. Must be willing and able to work in a team environment and take ownership of projects and work responsibilities with moderate supervision.
Other skills: Revit/CAD drafting principles, practices, methods, and techniques. Read, understand, and interpret construction documents. Initiative, follow up, and follow through Prepare detailed drawings. establish and maintain positive working relationship with co-workers Effective verbal and written communication skills proficient with SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe office suite
