- Performs periodic site visits, observations and inspections and prepares field reports

- Maintaining current knowledge of the Owner-Architect Agreement, Owner-Contractor Agreement, Architect-Consultant Agreement and any additional services agreements

- Resolves issues with inspectors and other authorities having jurisdiction while maintaining current knowledge of applicable codes for a healthcare facility.

Job Description

 

The Project Architect works with the Project Manager or Director in the development of design concepts, which are incorporated into a final product in conjunction with the work of other architects, engineers, and technicians.

 

Responsibilities

Responsible for planning and conducting work requiring independent judgment in the evaluation, selection, adaptation, modification of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria. Role responsibilities function in the role of a project leader and may handle some project management tasks, but Project Architects work primarily on technical aspects.

Qualifications

Working knowledge with Revit and Architectural Registration is required with ten years of related experience and/or training.
