About The Event

Join the YAF as they host their first Local Architect Lecture of the year, featuring RLF Architects.

Eighty-six years of collaborating with clients has taught RLF how to listen and effectively meet their needs. Comprised of highly qualified and experienced professionals, RLFs staff offer a multi-disciplinary team of architects, engineers, and interior designers working collaboratively with clients to define their goals, strengthen their mission, and create community and focused environments that meet the unique challenges of design.

By working hand-in-hand with community partners, our designs reinforce tradition and represent the unique identity and spirit of the people. "MI6" is our Mentoring Initiative-Six, our in-house formal mentoring program that provides guidance, training and coaching to junior staff members in six key areas:

• Discipline specific knowledge

• Interdisciplinary coordination

• Professional registration preparation

• Continuing education and software education

• Project management With a commitment to guide our young professionals into senior staff and leadership roles, this program begins at on-boarding, and continues throughout mid-level career point.

This is a virtual event. Please be sure to register at least one day prior to the event to receive your Zoom invite. For questions, email
