Allied Advantage Breakfast Featured Firm

AIA Orlando hosts a monthly Allied Advantage Breakfast, featuring an Architecture Firm of the Month. These breakfasts allow our Allied Members to learn about various local firms and potentially build future business relationships. It is beneficial for both the Allied Members as well as the presenting Architecture Firms, as this will allow firms to answer the many questions our Allied Members have to better their service to our local firms.

Each month's featured firm will host a small presentation about their company, the markets they focus on and any other items they find appropriate to share about their companies. This will give our Allied Members information on what would be required to be considered as a potential vendor on their various upcoming projects.

Discuss the bidding process/procedures at the firm:

How do you evaluate/grade vendors, suppliers and contractors?

What red flags do you look for when shopping bids?

What is the process for selecting building products?

Who handles professional development course scheduling?

Who handles calendars, meeting scheduling?
