Lunch and Learn Featuring Diversified (Virtual)

Meeting spaces are evolving, and AV system needs are changing. As professionals design for these spaces it’s critical that they understand the requirements of today’s technology in these spaces in order to deliver on their client’s expectations for a seamless meeting experience. In this course, we will explore the types of audio visual equipment (hardware) that is trending in commercial meeting rooms as well as the supporting infrastructure components such as cable and thermal management that are a mandatory consideration when designing an AV ecosystem. These elements will help design professionals understand what elements of the systems need to remain localized in that space versus centralized and, for local solution, what are the storage requirements for that equipment.
