Building An Equitable Firm: Discovering Creativity in Thinking Differently

In our seventh forum in this series, we will explore a dimension of diversity that is not frequently considered. Building an inclusive organization requires us to build an awareness of the many different ways that colleagues and clients may experience different environments. During this forum, we will explore how neurodiversity challenges us to find creativity and understand how variation in the human brain may impact the experiences of creative people as indicated through spectrum of non-pathological neurological conditions such as: ADHD, Asperger's Syndrome, Autism, Dyspraxia, Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, Dysgraphia, and Tourette's syndrome.
