Building an Equitable Firm: Age Friendly Environments and Work Spaces

In this session on Building an Equitable Firm, we explore the importance of creating inclusive workplaces and creating age-friendly environments in our work. This session will present examples of the impacts of bias and discrimination against older adults. Participants will also: • Examine individual and institutional bias and how this impacts participation of various aging populations. • Gauge perceptions of age to understand how this affects behavior toward older colleagues. • Hear from panelists on their experiences regarding the contributions of older workers.
