We hope you can join us in two weeks for our monthly committee AAH meeting September 21st at 12p.m.. Via Zoom. This month we will be hosting an ACHA TEST PREP SEMINAR to anybody interested in taking the ACHA exam early next year.
 
The American College of Healthcare Architects (ACHA) certification is recognized by The American Society of Healthcare Engineering (ASHE) of the American Hospital Association (AHA).
 
Engaging an ​ACHA-certified architect, or hiring a firm that assigns an ACHA-certified architect to your project provides:
 
Confidence that the certified healthcare architect has competency, experience and knowledge specific to the healthcare industry
 
Validation that the certified healthcare architect understands your business and drives the business of healthcare from inception to implementation
 
Assura​nce that the certified healthcare architect is up-to-date on current issues, trends and regulatory requirements, reducing risk on your project​
 
The American College of Healthcare Architects (ACHA) offers the only specialty board certification that is recognized by The American Institute of Architects (AIA). ACHA certification provides assurance that an architect practicing as a healthcare designer has:
 
Demonstrated expertise through a portfolio of work that is independently reviewed by board certified healthcare architects
Informed Knowledge of healthcare design and processes based on having passed a rigorous exam
Achieved continuing education to stay current in the healthcare industry on an annual basis​

Once you register, you will receive a calendar invite with your link to the Zoom meeting prior to the event date. 

Please be sure to register to attend the event at least one day prior to the event date so we have time to process your registration.

Helpful Hints

  • If this is your first time using Zoom, please be sure to login 15 minutes prior to the meeting to allow enough time for the program to install

  • As you join the meeting, you will be muted. To unmute yourself for the Q&A portion of the virtual meeting, please click the Unmute button on the bottom left hand corner of the screen

  • Your program will default to Speaker View, which will display whoever is currently speaking. To view all participants, switch to Gallery View (top right)

  • To leave the meeting, click Leave Meeting (bottom right)

  • For privacy, click on Stop Video (bottom left) or Start Video to be seen
