The Orlando Green Future Alliance Roundtable Discussions (Wednesday, June 9th)

Join Us

The Metro Orlando's Green Future Alliance is a partnership between the City of Orlando, the Orlando Utilities Commission and Orange County. The Alliance is holding a series of roundtable discussions designed to gather information from a variety of stakeholder groups. This information will be used to develop policies and programs to increase the use of solar energy in our region - and that can benefit you. Help shape local policy by participating.

Because not everyone knows a great deal about solar, the session begins with a local and national presentation about the use of solar solar in new communities and existing residential housing. A roundtable brainstorming session following the presentations, allows you to provide valuable input while networking with other professionals in your field.

Who:

Architects, Developers, Builders, Remodelers and Building Officials

What:

Identify opportunities to expand the use of solar energy in new communities and existing residential housing.

When:

Wednesday June 9, 2010
2 - 5 p.m.
Followed by a networking reception.

Where:

OUC Downtown Office
Reliable Plaza
100 W Anderson Street
Orlando, FL 32802

During this roundtable session, we will gather your feedback via interconnected laptops. All of this anonymous feedback will be compiled into a strategic report. We'd like to encourage anyone who has a laptop computer to bring it with them.
