SchenkelShultz Architecture, one of Florida’s leading green design firms, received two prestigious First Place Awards for outstanding design presented at the Florida Educational Facilities Planners Association’s 2010 Winter Conference’s Architectural Showcase held January 20-22 at Amelia Island, FL: the School District of Indian River County’s recently-constructed $34.3 million, 167,500-square-foot Storm Grove Middle School in Vero Beach, FL (Middle Schools Category); and the District School Board of Collier County’s innovative new $24.2 million, 92,000-square-foot Immokalee Technical Center in Immokalee, FL (Special Facility Category).
