What’s Next for SunRail?
It’s now official, Senate Bill 1212 (SunRail) will be heard at the next meeting of the Senate Transportation and Economic Development Appropriations (TED) Committee. It will be held on Wednesday, April 15, 2009, from 9:45 a.m. until 11:45 a.m., in Room 309 of the Capitol in Tallahassee. AIA Orlando Members please call or email each of the members on this important committee today and ask for their support of SB 1212 (SunRail). Also, please review this letter from Mayor Dyer regarding the Statewide Importance of SunRail.

The National Fire Sprinkler Association’s biennial Trade Show is scheduled for Friday, May 1, 2009 in the Omni Champions Gate Resort National Ballroom. Show hours are 12:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. This will be one of the largest fire sprinkler industry events ever held in Florida and admission is absolutely free.
