ADVERTISING INSERTION FOR PRODUCT/EVENT INFORMATION and BANNER ADVERTISING
(The Weekly E-Charrette is sent out on Friday Mornings)

AIA Orlando Weekly E-Charrette is produced to keep members abreast of upcoming events and important AIA Orlando news. Highly anticipated each week, the Weekly E-Charrette is distributed by email to over 800 AIA Orlando Members and others in the design community. Advertise in the Weekly E-Charrette today!

COSTS:
Two week insertion (1 ad)= $250

Each week, one month (4 ads)= $650

One week per month, 6 months (6 ads)= $1,000

One week per month, full year (12 ads)= $2,000

Every other week, full year (26 ads))= $3,500

 

ANNOUNCEMENT SPECS:

  1. 200 words or less
  2. One image or photo in jpeg or PDF format of the event
  3. ALL INFORMATION MUST BE SENT TO KAREN@AIAORLADNO.COM BY THE TUESDAY OF THE WEEK TO BE ADVERTISED IN.

BANNER SPECS:

  1. File type = .gif or .jpg file
  2. Size = 650w x 100h (size in pixels)
  3. Include link to desired web page (i.e. www.mycompanysite.com or www.mysite.com/somepage.htm)
  4. Please email banner ad to karen@aiaorlando.com one month before Banner is to be advertised.

You Decide which Quarter you would like to advertise in:
1st Quarter: January - March
2nd Quarter: April - June
3rd Quarter: July - September
4th Quarter: October - December
(Spots available on a first come first served bases)

WEB SITE AD SPECS:
  1. file type = .gif .jpg or .swf (flash files over 50K must have a preloader)
  2. size = 502w x 119h (size in pixels)
  3. include link to desired web page (i.e. www.mycompanysite.com or www.mysite.com/somepage.htm). If submitting flash file, it must be programmed to go to the appropriate URL.
  4. Please email banner ad to karen@aiaorlando.com 5 days prior to the month you’d like the ad displayed on the web site.
