AIA Orlando Weekly E-Charrette is produced to keep members abreast of upcoming events and important AIA Orlando news. Highly anticipated each week, the Weekly E-Charrette is distributed by email to over 800 AIA Orlando Members and others in the design community. Advertise in the Weekly E-Charrette today!

COSTS:

One week insertion (1 ad)= $200

Two week insertion (1 ad)= $250

Each week, one month (4 ads)= $650

One week per month, 6 months (6 ads)= $1,000

One week per month, full year (12 ads)= $2,000

Every other week, full year (26 ads))= $3,500

  2. size = 502w x 119h (size in pixels)

  4. Please email banner ad to karen@aiaorlando.com 5 days prior to the month you’d like the ad displayed on the web site.

AIA Orlando Membership List Policy

The American Institute of Architects, Orlando Chapter is the owner of the list of names and addresses of its membership. The AIA Orlando Chapter does not release e-mail addresses of its members.

The AIA Orlando Chapter rents its mailing list for one-time use for each approved request. The membership list is available for rental to members, non-profit organizations and businesses wishing to promote products, services and information in the architectural profession to AIA Orlando members. The AIA Orlando Chapter reserves the right to deny requests in its sole discretion, where the purpose or use may not be considered in the best interests of AIA Orlando or its members.

AIA Orlando does provide a complimentary membership roster for new affiliate members of the chapter, so they can become familiar with the membership. This list is strictly confidential and should never be given to any third party without the permission of the AIA Orlando Chapter.

AIA Orlando explicitly prohibits the use of its membership names and addresses for the following purposes:

  • Copying and entering names and addresses from the provided list (membership or attendance) into a client’s computer database for any purpose.

  • Announcements of educational programs, equipment or other products and services not related in some way to the field of architecture

Violation of this policy as set forth above may be grounds for legal action.
